About Me
Hello my name is Aaron DeGuire and i was born and raised in Southern California. The reason i came out to lewiston idaho was for baseball but i soon fell in love with this place. I love this place soo much that i changed my residency and i never want to live in california ever again. Coming from california i never got to actually see the changing of the seasons. I like to have winters where it is actually cold and not in the mid 70s. Many people think im crazy for leaving the nice weather of california to freeze in idaho but if you ever sat in traffic for hours then you would understand.

Hi Aaron. Welcome (to the class and to Idaho). Yes, Californians are famous for their migration to Idaho. We have family friends who left California to live here. When they arrived, they were mystified by our farm and harvest. They took video footage of the combines out in the fields. They insisted on going out on hunts with the men in the family. They fell in love with the outdoors, and our friend retired from LAPD to be here. I imagine the differences are vast.
